When you want to buy good quality hydraulic hoses, rubber hoses, the rubber is first and formost to make good quality rubber hoses. After one factory design the rubber , the second is to how to produce the rubber in proper way to assure the quality . In our company , we use Computer Control Rubber Mixture Center to produce stable high quality rubber for hoses.

1, After designing one program, the computer will order all moves of machines in stable temperature and pressure to finish all steps as expected.

2, All raw material is stored in sealing tanks, the electronic scales works in 0.02KG tolerance.

3, After inputting all of raw material the mixing machine will mix the rubber and material in designed temperature and pressure.

4, The rubber sheet will be rolled 12 times to reach full dispersion, which makes the inner tube of Rubber Hose are good shape extruding.

5, All of rubber will be filtered impurity .

6, Automatic rubber sheet cooling machines.

 7, After 24 hours storage , the A section rubber will be make in second time with vulcanization material. 
 
 
8, After more 24 hours storage , the B section rubber can be used for extruding with authorization from laboratory.
